We stand behind the quality of our work with a Satisfaction Guarantee that ensures peace of mind for every homeowner:

Organic Removal: Algae, moss, and dirt are 100% guaranteed to be removed through our pressure washing, house washing, and roof washing services. If we miss a spot, we’ll come back free of charge.
Window Cleaning: Your windows are guaranteed streak-free for a crystal-clear view.
Gutter Cleaning: We remove 100% of debris, leaving your gutters clean and functional (minor dirt may remain due to the nature of the service).

Driveway Sealing: Our sealer is guaranteed to last at least 2 years, with an estimated 4-5 years of protection based on Ohio’s tough weather cycles. Even as the top layer wears, the sealer continues to protect your concrete at a deeper level.

What We Can’t Guarantee

While we strive for perfection, some materials and stains are beyond our control:

Shotgun Fungus (Artillery Fungus): Those stubborn black spores that cling to siding, often appearing as ballpoint-sized black dots.
Old Oil Stains: Deeply embedded stains that are often permanent.
Climbing Vine Residue: Requires harsh pressure that may not be suitable for all surfaces.
Wood Washing: All wood ages and cleans differently, so results can vary significantly.

Stain Removal: We aim for at least a 75% improvement, but results vary. If expectations aren’t met, our technicians may discount or waive the charge at their discretion.
